Your God Fearing Days Are About to Begin - Saint Agnes
i liked this one a fair amount! saw somewhere that they were rly influenced by NIN for this one and you can ABSOLUTELY hear it (positive). stand outs for me were "Good Boy", "The Father, The Son, and the Holy Beast", and "The Blood Beat (Angel in the Marble)".
An Eraser and a Maze - Modest Mouse
my original thought was "sure is a Modest Mouse album!" BUT-- per roomie, this is their first album since founding member Jeremiah Green's passing, and it does show, esp in the first half. not bad, but if you don't like MM you, well, won't like it!
Demand to Be Taken to Heaven Alive! - Horse Lords
not a bad album, but it's one that i'd more want on in the background than one i'd actively listen to. experimental and NEAT but not super for me unfortunately. :( best song imo was the title track.
Horse Club - Horse Club 🐾
this is the album that made me want to get more into furry music (which i'll get into later in the post!), though i wasn't super duper impressed with this one. not bad at all just not suuuuper for me. standout songs were "Horse Club (Spear of Light)", "We Stop the Pain Tonight", and "Polar Bear (NHK World Japan)".
The Persistence of Memory - BreakAway
ok technically i already listened to this one, and live at that, but i hadn't sat down and listened to the studio album yet!!! really like it, it super gives like, mid 00s rock, for better and for worse. i dig it. fave tracks were "Make Me Forget", "Icarus", and "The Bird and the Basilisk".

after putting Horse Club on my to listen, and finally listening to it, i realized: as a guy with two fursonas, i want to listen to more furry music. so i reached out to my buddy spookybiscuits, and asked for furry music recs! he, being The Best To Ever Do It, replied back with a HUGE list of recs for me, in various genres! most of them are listed above in the latter sections of my two 'to listen' chunks, but here are more that are, for understandable reasons, bandcamp-only!
